The Problem
The primary objectives of this project were to enhance usability, modernize the design, and ensure a consistent user experience across multiple modules on Manty’s platform. The aim was to create a seamless interface that would support both existing and new functionalities, enabling public administration users to navigate data and insights more intuitively.
Mission Goals
Manty’s platform was expanding, requiring additional modules and updated design elements to match user expectations. The existing “Décision” module had complex user flows that needed improvement, while the newly introduced “Budget” and “Prospective RH” modules required designs that aligned with the platform’s evolving aesthetic and functional standards.
I worked hand-in-hand with Product Owners (POs) from each module to address specific user experience challenges. This close collaboration allowed us to identify key pain points and implement tailored design solutions for each module, ensuring a cohesive user experience across the platform. The project followed an iterative design process, with regular back-and-forth discussions and ongoing follow-ups to improve and refine features over time.
I redesigned various flows within the “Décision” module, optimizing navigation and improving the clarity of data presentation to make it easier for users to find and interpret relevant metrics.
I developed wireframes and UI for the new Budget module, focusing on an intuitive layout that allows users to quickly access budget proposals, visualize financial data, and manage budgets with ease.
For the Prospective RH module, I created wireframes and UI that help users manage HR forecasts, track personnel movements, and project budget allocations for human resources. The design ensures efficiency and aligns with the overall platform aesthetic.
Given that the project had been ongoing for years, we conducted a comprehensive redesign of the design system to update it for modern needs and Figma’s advanced capabilities. This new design system is linked to multiple libraries and incorporates custom components that developers can easily access. It includes pre-made project templates to streamline workflows and ensures a cohesive visual style across modules, with standardized colors, typography, and component styling.
As an ongoing project, Manty’s platform continues to evolve with each design iteration, leading to steady improvements in user experience. Feedback from users indicates a high level of satisfaction with the platform's usability, and engagement metrics show a positive trend as new modules are added and refined. The continuous enhancements have solidified Manty’s commitment to providing a streamlined, user-centered tool for public administration.
